yesterday night (or rather, morning since it was about 2am), i was just finishing up with my daily stretches and decided to try something new. you know that stupid exercise where you put your hands straight in front of you and then kick up to hit your hands? well, yeah, that.

i was just about finished with practicing the dance i learned while in jakarta (that requires a whole lot of butt-shaking and would leave you with one hell of a sore in your legs the next day) and weight-lifting. put down weights then started on that new exercise.

(please note continuous presence of TWO 5KG dumb-bells on floor) oh yeah, before anything, please also note that to actually kick your hands, you need a whole lot of momentum so you need to kick really hard to get the swing.

kicking. leg swinging. BANG. mother effing hell. the moment my toes made contact with the dumb-bells, i thought my soul just left my body. so now, i have two swollen toes, a throbbing leg and im limping like a moron. ^_^ yup, today is a nice day.
